AP CPI Specialist – C4C Integration

Experience:
7–10 Years Location-Bangalore-Hybrid Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI Specialist with hands-on expertise in SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Platform Integration) and a strong background in integrating SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) with various SAP and non-SAP systems. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy integration flows (iFlows) using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Build and manage integrations between SAP C4C and SAP backend systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party applications.
• Configure and maintain adapters, including OData, SOAP, REST, SFTP, HTTP, and AS2.
• Develop message mappings, value mappings, and XSLT transformations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration errors and performance issues.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.




• Manage API-based integrations using SAP API Management.
• Ensure adherence to integration best practices, security standards, and governance guidelines.
• Support testing activities, including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration scenarios. Required Skills & Experience
• 7–10 years of hands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
• Strong experience in SAP C4C integration scenarios.
• Proficiency in OData, REST, SOAP, and SFTP adapter configurations.
• Experience with Groovy scripting and XSLT mapping.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and its services.
• Familiarity with error handling, alerting, and monitoring in CPI.
• Understanding of SAP pre-packaged integration content (SAP API Business Hub).
