Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs, along with experience leading a team of developers, driving technical decisions, and ensuring code quality and application performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Define technical solutions and application architecture aligned with business requirements and development standards.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate services across distributed systems.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for development team members.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and software development best practices.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
• Drive technical discussions, effort estimation, task allocation, and delivery planning.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, build processes, deployment activities, and production releases.
• Ensure application security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical status reviews. Mandatory Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java and Java/J2EE.




• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong experience in RESTful API design and development.
• Positive understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of exception handling, multithreading, collections, and JVM fundamentals.
• Experience in code reviews, technical design, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a Java development team. Good-to-Have Skills
• Hibernate/JPA.
• Messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
