Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Cost Estimator and Sales Engineer for HVAC and Cleanroom Projects. The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and budgets for HVAC and cleanroom turnkey projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with industry standards and client specifications. The qualified will analyze drawings, technical specifications, and site conditions, and collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and execution teams to optimize solutions and costs. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding technical and commercial requirements,



preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and supporting contract finalization. The role also includes tracking project costs against estimates, supporting value engineering, and contributing to sales targets through timely follow-ups, market research, and relationship management. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Cost Management, Cost Control, and Budgeting for complex HVAC and cleanroom projects.
• Candidates should possess robust Project Estimation skills, including quantity takeoffs, rate analysis, and proposal preparation.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and data for accurate costing and solution optimization.
• Relevant experience in HVAC, cleanroom, or MEP project sales and estimation, ideally in turnkey or design-build environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced certifications in HVAC or project management are an advantage.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple bids and deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and estimation tools, basic CAD drawing understanding, and familiarity with relevant standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISO 14644).
• Demonstrated negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills, with a focus on ethical and transparent sales practices.
