We provide height increase surgery, limb length discrepancy treatment, deformity correction, non-union fracture treatment, and orthopedic reconstruction. Our team focuses on personalized patient care, surgical support, and rehabilitation to help patients achieve improved mobility and recovery. Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Content Strategist to develop engaging, informative, and patient-focused content for our digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning content strategies, creating compelling brand narratives, and communicating complex medical information in simple, accessible, and empathetic language. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, creative thinking, and an understanding of content marketing, SEO, and social media trends, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the brand's marketing objectives and patient education goals.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, landing pages, social media posts, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for social media and other digital platforms.
• Write SEO-friendly website content and blogs to improve search visibility and audience engagement.
• Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, video scripts, captions, and storytelling content.
• Simplify medical and surgical information into clear,



accurate, and patient-friendly language.
• Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, designers, video editors, and the marketing team.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
• Research relevant healthcare topics, industry trends, competitor content, and audience interests.
• Monitor content performance and use engagement metrics and insights to improve future content.
• Ensure content is medically accurate, ethical, and aligned with healthcare communication guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent written communication, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to develop original content ideas.
• Knowledge of SEO content writing, keyword research, and on-page SEO basics.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends.
• Ability to write engaging scripts for reels, short-form videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Understanding of content calendars, brand positioning, and audience engagement.
• Ability to simplify technical or medical information for a general audience.
• Positive research, organization, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools and content research tools is an advantage.
• Previous experience in healthcare, medical, wellness, or digital marketing content is preferred. Work Schedule
• 3 days working from the office in Gurugram.
• 3 days working from home.
