About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned leader to provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and governance for large-scale Coding Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in team leadership, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and client service excellence. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage large-scale operations with 650+ FTEs, ensuring seamless and productive delivery.
• Partner with RCM Operations leadership to develop and execute strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive operational excellence by improving accuracy, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Establish strong governance frameworks for Coding Operations, Quality Assurance, and Continuous Improvement.
• Identify root causes of operational challenges and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Build and maintain a cost-effective, stable workforce to manage changing business volumes.
• Mentor and develop leaders, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative measures, feedback, and surveys.




• Optimize resource utilization while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and leadership principles. ? Required Qualifications ✅ 18+ years of relevant professional experience ✅ Strong understanding of Quality Assurance standards and methodologies ✅ Proven experience in managing large teams and complex operations ✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills ✅ Strong cross-functional collaboration and people management capabilities ? Preferred Qualifications
• Coding certification from AHIMA/AAPC
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting operational data, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations
