Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Die Face Cutter Machine Operator / Twin Screw Extruder Operator. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring die face cutter machines and twin screw extruders to ensure consistent production of high-quality polymer products. Responsibilities include adjusting process parameters, feeding and blending materials, performing basic equipment maintenance, and monitoring output for quality and dimensional accuracy. The operator will follow safety and housekeeping standards, complete production logs, and communicate with the production and quality teams to address issues such as equipment malfunctions, material inconsistencies, or process deviations. The role also includes supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize machine performance. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in operating and monitoring die face cutter machines and twin screw extruders, including setting process parameters and handling start-up and shutdown procedures.
• Candidates should possess skills in material handling and processing, such as feeding raw materials, blending and mixing,



and ensuring correct use of polymers, masterbatches, and additives.
• Candidates should possess skills in quality control, including visual inspection, basic measurement checks, and adherence to product specifications and production standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in equipment care and safety, including routine checks, basic preventive maintenance, and compliance with safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Candidates should possess skills in documentation and communication, such as maintaining production records, reporting issues, and coordinating with supervisors and quality teams.
• Previous experience in plastic or polymer extrusion, compounding, or related manufacturing operations is highly beneficial.
• A technical diploma, ITI certification, or equivalent qualification in mechanical, plastics, or chemical engineering is preferred.
• Ability to work in shift-based schedules, stand for extended periods, and handle moderate physical tasks in a factory environment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn new processes and technologies. ?

• Experience in polymer, plastic compounding or masterbatch manufacturing.
