• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes including invoice verification, booking, and vendor payments
• Ensure timely vendor reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies
• Handle financial accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing activities
• Manage compliance related to TDS, GST, and Income Tax filings and reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain GST returns, TDS returns, and assist in tax audits
• Ensure proper documentation and statutory compliance as per Indian regulations
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth financial operations
• Assist in audit processes (internal & external) and provide required data
• Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books / Tally and generate MIS reports Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Financial Accounting, TDS, GST, and Income Tax
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Tally
• Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate level)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
