Role Description The Financial Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and ensuring accurate, timely reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounting records, and maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The role involves monitoring budgets, analyzing financial performance, supporting forecasting and cash flow management, and providing insights to leadership for strategic decision-making. The Financial Controller will collaborate with cross-functional teams,



coordinate audits, implement internal controls, and help optimize financial processes to support sustainable growth in the clean energy sector. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure compliance.
• Candidates should possess experience in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, review, and analysis of periodic reports.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Candidates should ideally have knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Candidates should have proficiency with financial software and ERP systems, along with advanced MS Excel skills.
• Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline; professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are an advantage.
• Candidates should demonstrate robust communication skills, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site in Noida.
