- 8+ Years The Cloud Infrastructure Lead is responsible for leading the a team io deliver enterprise cloud infrastructure and platform services across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The role provides technical leadership, resource management and governance oversight for a multidisciplinary team of Cloud Architects, Cloud Engineers and DevOps Engineers. The successful candidate will ensure cloud solutions are delivered securely, consistently and in alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, operational support requirements and programme delivery objectives. The role acts as the key interface between Architecture, Security, Operations, Project Delivery, Vendors and Business Stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of cloud-enabled projects and strategic technology initiatives. Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of cloud infrastructure projects from initiation through to production handover.
• Manage a portfolio of cloud infrastructure activities across multiple programmes and project teams.
• Establish delivery plans, resource forecasts, priorities and milestones.
• Manage project dependencies, risks, assumptions and technical issues.




• Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation and reusable cloud patterns.
• Ensure consistency across networking, security, identity, monitoring and operational designs.
• Lead and develop a team of Cloud Architects, Cloud Engineers and DevOps Engineers.
• Build solid relationships with programme managers, solution architects, operations teams and senior leadership.
• Communicate delivery status, risks and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure successful transition of solutions into Cloud Operations.
• Experience
• 8+ years’ experience in Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Delivery or Platform Engineering.
• 3+ years leading cloud engineering or architecture teams.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Azure solutions.
• Experience managing cloud delivery portfolios across multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of Azure networking, identity, security and governance.
• Experience delivering Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management across technical and business functions.
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors and outsourced resources
