Role Description The Quality Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and improving product quality across the manufacturing process, ensuring that DOELIN-branded products meet company and industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing quality plans, conducting inspections and audits, analyzing defects and root causes, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with production and design teams. The role also involves maintaining documentation related to quality procedures, participating in continuous improvement initiatives,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance reliability and user satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad, requiring close interaction with manufacturing operations and product development. Qualifications
• Solid foundation in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, with the ability to design and implement quality systems and processes.
• Hands-on experience in Quality Control activities, including inspection, testing, and process monitoring on the shop floor.
• Practical knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies to ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable industry norms.
• Ability to evaluate and improve Product Quality through data analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective/preventive action planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with ISO or similar quality frameworks, statistical quality tools, and documentation practices.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with production, design, and service teams.
• Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment or similar industrial setup is an advantage.
