What You'll Work On Our engineers validate the isolated power modules, gate drivers, and analog/mixed-signal ICs at the heart of next-generation power systems — SiC/IGBT EV traction inverters, GaN-driven datacenter power, telecom rectifiers, and server power stages. You'll help solve industry-defining challenges: reinforced isolation in postage-stamp footprints, ultra-low EMI, dynamic programmable outputs, and robust performance through extreme high-voltage transients. You will own test & validation from concept to silicon to production, working at the intersection of analog IC design, magnetics, and system architecture — backed by TI's global manufacturing scale and IP portfolio. ? Open Groups — Choose Your Domain 1️⃣ Multiphase Power Products (MPP) Validate high-performance multiphase DC/DC controllers and smart power stage solutions powering GPUs/CPUs/TPUs/Network Switches for AI infrastructure. Work directly with power architects at NVIDIA, Google, AMD, and AWS as busbar architectures evolve from 12V → 48V → 800V and IVRs, pushing limits on efficiency, transient response, and power density. 2️⃣ Consumer Audio Amplifiers & Haptics (CAAH) Validate industry-leading audio amplifier SoCs for phones, tablets, PCs,



speakers, and TVs. Work on complex mixed-signal designs spanning Bandgap, PLL, Boost, Class D, and digital DSP IPs — balancing cost, performance, and execution speed for the consumer market. 3️⃣ High-Speed Data Interface Group (Ethernet PHY & FPD-Link) Validate differentiated high-speed SerDes SoCs for automotive and industrial markets:
• Ethernet PHY: Robust Ethernet interfaces for driver monitoring, steering, and robotic control applications — validating performance against interference, ESD events, and aggressive cost/power targets.
• FPD-Link: Multi-gigabit (up to 20+ Gbps) proprietary interfaces for automotive sensors and displays, validating equalization circuits (CTLE, FFE, DFE), high-speed converters, and functional safety performance. 4️⃣ Connectivity SoC — Central Analog Team (EP BU) Validate analog/mixed-signal blocks embedded into Connectivity SoCs (BLE, UWB) used in automotive, industrial, and medical applications — Tire Pressure Monitors, car access KeyFobs, and more. Blocks include ADC, DAC, PLL, PGA, Filters, Crystal Oscillators, Temperature Sensors, LDO, Bandgap Reference, DC-DC converters, and Comparators. 5️⃣ Custom Mobile Electronics — Power & Interface ICs Validate custom IC system solutions for display/touch power, camera PMICs, charger power products, power switches/muxes, laser drivers, and high-speed communication interfaces for personal electronics — enabling next-gen differentiation for TI's mobile customers.



6️⃣ Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) Product Line Validate best-in-class high-performance data converter ASSPs for Test & Measurement, Industrial, and Automotive markets. Work across multi-sub-system chips featuring high-precision signal paths, complex analog conditioning/control loops, and high-power delivery systems. 7️⃣ Mid-Voltage Regulators (Mid-Vin Buck) Validate high-current mid-voltage power regulator solutions driving Enterprise, Industrial, AI, and Autonomous Driving applications. Collaborate with TI's advanced packaging and R&D; teams to deliver industry-leading power density solutions. ✅ What We're Looking For
• 3–15 years of experience in Analog Test and/or Analog Validation
• Strong fundamentals in analog/mixed-signal circuit testing: data converters, PLLs, LDOs, bandgap references, power stages, gate drivers, amplifiers, or high-speed interfaces
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment, test automation, characterization, and bench validation
• Experience with ATE (Automated Test Equipment) platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical and debugging skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and applications teams
• Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field ? Why TI?
