Infrastructure Engineer – IT Systems & Network Management

About the Role
RTAC is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support the setup, maintenance, and smooth operation of its IT infrastructure. The role focuses on managing server environments, maintaining network connectivity, resolving system issues, and ensuring the availability and security of internal technology resources.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain physical and virtual servers, workstations, and operating systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor infrastructure health and resolve performance or connectivity issues.
• Manage system updates, security patches, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Maintain backup routines and assist with data recovery procedures.
• Support hardware installation, software configuration, and IT asset management.




• Investigate infrastructure incidents and document troubleshooting procedures.
• Coordinate with cloud and application teams when issues span multiple environments. Skills & Qualifications
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and system administration.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with server hardware, virtualization, and network devices.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity, patch management, and backup solutions.
• Ability to diagnose hardware, software, and network-related problems.
• Robust troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Freshers with relevant IT certifications, practical labs, or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
