About the Role
Precise Technology Solutions (PTS) is a US-based organization looking for a highly motivated, self-driven skilled to independently manage US technical recruitment for our clients and support internal business operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, accountable, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
US Recruitment & Headhunting
• Independently source and recruit candidates for US clients, primarily in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, and Project Management/PMO roles.
• Use LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms for headhunting, candidate outreach, and screening.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and proactively follow up.
• Understand client requirements and identify qualified candidates with minimal guidance. Business Operations & Invoicing
• Create and send customer invoices using QuickBooks or similar platforms.
• Handle invoice matching, payment reconciliation, and record maintenance.
• Track vendor invoices, customer payments, and outstanding balances.




• Proactively follow up on pending payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage assigned administrative and operational activities independently. Requirements
• Proven US technical recruitment experience is mandatory, preferably in engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, or similar invoicing/accounting platforms preferred.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working flexible hours with some US Eastern Time overlap. Contract Details
• Fully remote, India-based opportunity.
• Part-time contract, approximately 4 hours per day or as needed, depending on workload.
• Flexible schedule with some overlap with US Eastern Time.
• Monthly payment based on agreed hours and hourly rate.
• Potential for long-term engagement.
