As per Experience & Skills Job Summary: We are seeking a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist to generate high-quality leads for our astrology services, including consultations, kundli analysis, and problem-solving sessions. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation campaigns and a strong understanding of customer intent and psychology.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation
* Conduct keyword research for astrology-related searches (e.g., love, career, marriage issues)
* Write compelling and emotionally engaging ad copy
* Optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improve lead quality
* Set up and manage conversion tracking (forms, calls, WhatsApp clicks) using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
* Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversion rate)




* Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages
* Identify and eliminate wasted ad spend
* Generate performance reports with actionable insights *

Requirements:

* Proven experience with Google Ads (Search campaigns preferred)
* Experience in lead generation (service-based businesses preferred)
* Strong understanding of keyword intent and user behavior
* Knowledge of conversion tracking and analytics tools
* Ability to focus on lead quality, not just volume
