Description

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support to oversee our technical support team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality support services for our desktop users .

Responsibilities

1. Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
3. Handle user account management, password resets, and access-related issues.
4. Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software problems.
5. Assist users with network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
6. Log, track, and update incidents through the ticketing system.
7. Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams.
8. Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
9. Support meeting room devices, video conferencing tools, and office IT equipment.
10. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
