Growthally Advisors, a leading Investment Banking and Financial Advisory firm with 15+ years of experience, is seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and relationship-oriented Manager – Investor Relations to drive investor acquisition, AIF fundraising, and AUM growth.

Business Development & AIF Fundraising

- Identify and acquire HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Corporates, Trusts, and other eligible investors.

- Drive AIF fundraising through direct investor acquisition, referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships.

- Build and strengthen relationships with IFAs, MFDs, Wealth Managers, Private Banks, and distribution partners.

- Conduct investor meetings, fund presentations, and investment discussions.

- Generate qualified investor leads and convert opportunities into successful investment commitments.

- Develop distribution networks and drive fundraising targets, AUM growth, and revenue generation.

- Manage investor pipelines, follow-ups, and relationship development.

Investor Relations Execution

- Coordinate investor onboarding, KYC, subscription documentation, and investment processing.

- Liaise with Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Fund Administration teams.

- Track investment commitments, subscriptions, and fund transfers.

- Support investor communications, MIS reporting, and post-investment relationship management.

- Ensure timely completion of investor onboarding and related documentation.

Candidate Requirements





✅ 5 – 10 years of experience in AIF, PMS, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investor Relations, or Financial Services Business Development.
✅ Proven experience in investor acquisition, fundraising, relationship management, or investment product distribution.
✅ Strong professional network among HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, IFAs, MFDs, and Wealth Managers preferred.
✅ Understanding of AIF products, private markets, and investment processes.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and investor conversion skills.
✅ MBA Finance / CFA / CA preferred.

Important: This is a Business Development-focused Investor Relations role, not a purely investor servicing, operations, or back-office position.
