- Gather, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements related to ITOM processey
- Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow ITOM modules, including:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Cloud Management
- Operational Intelligence (as applicable)
- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery patterns for on prem, virtual, andcloud infrastructure
- Implement and support Service Mapping for business services, including dependencymapping and technical service modeling
- Configure Event Management rules, alerts, correlation policies, and integrations withmonitoring tools
- Work on CMDB architecture, CI class modeling, relationships, normalization, and CMDBhealth improvements
- Integrate ServiceNow with third party tools using REST APIs, MID Servers, and eventconnectors (monitoring, cloud, APM tools, etc.)
