MarTech QA & Deliverability Lead Role Overview

The MarTech QA & Deliverability Lead is the quality gatekeeper and deliverability authority for the entire digital customer engagement program. This role establishes the Master Test Strategy, governs multi-device and multi-locale verification, and actively oversees ISP sender reputation, inbox placement, and DNS authentication during platform migration and IP warming.

Key Responsibilities

- Master QA Strategy & Governance: Formulate and govern the end-to-end MarTech Quality Assurance Framework, defect management workflows, and sprint acceptance gates.
- Deliverability & Reputation Oversight: Continuously monitor dedicated IP pools, sender reputation scores, spam trap hits, bounce rate categories, and ISP feedback loops.
- End-to-End Test Orchestration: Oversee integration testing across the full chain: Data Ingestion (CDI/API) Middleware Braze Segmentation Connected Content Dispatch Currents Streaming.
- Defect Triage & Sprint Sign-Off: Lead defect triage meetings, assign severity levels, enforce resolution SLAs,



and issue formal sprint QA completion packages.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 8+ years in Quality Engineering and MarTech deliverability, with 3+ years leading QA for enterprise ESP or customer engagement platforms (Braze, SFMC, Adobe).
- Deliverability Expertise: Deep expertise in email deliverability mechanics, ISP throttling algorithms (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, European regional ISPs), and IP warming governance.
- Testing Tooling: Expert in email testing platforms (Litmus, Email on Acid), API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI), and mobile test environments (BrowserStack, Charles Proxy).
- Compliance: Thorough understanding of global privacy and spam compliance.
