- 3 5 years of experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator in Windows and/or Unix environments.
- Hands-on experience in EDI mapping from EDI standards to ERP formats.
- Good understanding of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.
- Experience with BPML and Sterling Integrator business processes.
- Knowledge of SFTP, AS2, and AS3 communication protocols.
- Exposure to MFT and Sterling File Gateway (SFG).
- Understanding of ERP integration concepts and formats, preferably involving SAP and/or Oracle.

Experience in EDI transaction monitoring, troubleshooting, production support, and trading partner onboarding.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for EDI processes in a 24x7 support setting.
- Monitor EDI transactions and transmissions, proactively troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure the accuracy and successful processing of inbound and outbound EDI transactions.
- Manage and support EDI trading partner requirements, configurations, testing, and onboarding.
- Analyze,



troubleshoot, develop, and maintain maps and business processes in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Coordinate and execute EDI development activities, schedules, testing, and deliverables.
- Develop, configure, and maintain communication protocols including SFTP, AS2, and AS3.
- Support Managed File Transfer (MFT) and Sterling File Gateway (SFG) configurations and related activities.
- Work with BPML-based business processes within Sterling Integrator.
- Collaborate with backend ERP teams, including SAP and Oracle, to troubleshoot integration issues and ensure successful end-to-end transaction processing.
- Identify recurring production issues and opportunities to improve system stability and operational efficiency.
- Participate in partner onboarding, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
