Responsibilities
Design and implement project strategies for data, analytics, and AI initiatives. Manage project teams as well as technical resources, ensuring efficient operations and collaboration. Oversee successful planning, execution, and delivery of Data & Analytics projects. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders. Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. Apply Agile and Lean principles to project management processes. Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project progress and any changes or issues. Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues that may impact the project. Ensure the implementation of AI solutions aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Coordinate with AI specialists and data scientists for technical guidance and solution implementation. Organize and facilitate training for users of the implemented AI solution.
Conduct post-project evaluation to assess the success of the project and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Proven project management experience, including Agile and Lean methodologies. Strong background in artificial intelligence and familiarity with AI technologies as well as implementing these technologies Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organization and time management skills Ability to manage risks, foresee impediments, assess project compliance, and align solutions with organizational goals. Experience working in a complex global workplace Experience managing virtual project teams Understanding of technical processes is a plus Excellent communication skills (in English) Delivery mindset Ability to manage conflict
