Job Description: Accountable Manager

Location: Delhi, India

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accountable Manager to oversee aviation operations, regulatory compliance, safety, security, and continuing airworthiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with DGCA CARs, NSOP regulations, and CAP 3100.

- Manage DGCA audits, inspections, approvals, and NSOP certification/renewals.

- Oversee flight operations, CAMO, aviation safety, security, and quality functions.

- Implement Safety Management Systems (SMS), risk management, occurrence reporting, and emergency response plans.

- Supervise continuing airworthiness, MRO activities, fleet planning, and maintenance contracts.

- Coordinate with DGCA, BCAS, AAI, and other aviation authorities.

- Manage nominated post-holders and monitor regulatory compliance.

- Oversee quality audits, corrective actions, and closure of audit findings.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Degree in Aviation, Engineering,



Management, or a related field.

- 15+ years of senior leadership experience, including 5+ years in aviation management.

- Strong knowledge of DGCA CARs, NSOP, CAP 3100, and ICAO Annexes 6 and 19.

- Previous experience as an Accountable Manager or DGCA-accepted Nominated Post Holder preferred.

- Experience in business aviation, private jet, or charter operations preferred.

- Hawker or Bombardier Global fleet experience is an advantage.

- Experience establishing a current aviation operator and leading NSOP certification is preferred.
