Miratech is looking for a motivated and collaborative Scrum Master to join our US healthcare client. In this role, you will lead Agile teams in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that support digital transformation, platform modernization, and enterprise system integration initiatives. Responsibilities

- Lead and support multiple cross-functional Agile teams to ensure successful delivery of projects using Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) events.
- Partner with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, prioritize work, align scope with business objectives,



and manage dependencies.
- Drive sprint and release planning activities to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate across teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to remove blockers and ensure alignment on delivery goals.
- Track team performance, delivery metrics, and progress against objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Facilitate estimation activities and support effective planning practices using Agile project management tools.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, servant leadership, and continuous improvement best practices.
- Identify and resolve delivery risks, impediments, and process inefficiencies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning.
