We are hiring experienced Full Stack Developers who are passionate about hands-on coding and building end-to-end applications. Candidates should have strong frontend and backend development experience, along with AWS and SQL knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend interfaces and backend services.
- Build reusable UI components and manage application state.
- Develop APIs and integrate databases.
- Work with AWS cloud services and deployment infrastructure.
- Write clean, scalable and maintainable code.
- Contribute to technical decisions and application architecture.
- Take ownership of end-to-end development and troubleshooting.
Required Skills
- 5.5–10 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong frontend experience with React.js or similar technologies.
- Backend development experience in Node.js (preferred), Java, Python or Golang.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and SQL.
- Good understanding of UI state management and performance optimization.
- Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools is an advantage.
- Solid coding and problem-solving skills.
Hiring Model
This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity. Candidates will initially be employed on Geektrust Labs' payroll for 6–8 months, with a potential transition to Taylor & Francis' payroll based on performance and the conversion process.
Joining Requirement
Candidates must be available to join within 20 days, including those serving notice with a confirmed last working day within this period.
Interview Process
1. Technical interview with Geektrust.
2. Technical interview with Taylor & Francis.
3. Further technical round with Taylor & Francis.
