About the Company

ITC Labs is a professionally managed testing, inspection and analytical services organization with multi-location laboratories serving diverse industries. The company is strengthening its PACM business and seeks a leader to build it into a high-growth, high-margin and differentiated SBU.

Role Overview

Own the pan-India Pharma, Ayurveda, Cosmetics and Medical Devices business end to end. This is a senior techno-commercial role, split approximately 50% technical and 50% commercial, focused on turning laboratory capabilities into a scalable, profitable business.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the SBU P&L;, including revenue, EBITDA, cash realization and growth targets.
- Build and execute the pan-India business strategy, annual plans and KPIs.
- Lead and grow the Pharma and Bio-Pharma testing business across all locations.
- Drive business development and manage strategic accounts through CXO-level engagement with pharma, biotech, CRO, medical devices, cosmetics and Ayurveda companies.
- Identify market gaps and develop and commercialize laboratory capabilities, including ROI and investment evaluation.
- Lead pricing, costing, contracting and high-value techno-commercial negotiations.
- Develop the international business roadmap, covering customers, partners and markets.
- Stay aligned with regulatory, quality and accreditation requirements, and build relationships with industry and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee operations across locations, including capacity utilization,



turnaround time and service quality.
- Build and mentor a high-performing pan-India team and a solid second line of leadership.

Candidate Profile
- 20+ years of experience, with substantial leadership in Pharma, Testing Laboratory, Analytical Services, TIC or Bio-Pharma; testing laboratory experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven end-to-end P&L; ownership and a track record of scaling pan-India businesses.
- Strong technical depth combined with commercial acumen.
- Pharma and/or Bio-Pharma testing experience is highly desirable; exposure to Ayurveda, Cosmetics and Medical Devices is an advantage.
- Experience in new capability development, international business development and regulatory-driven businesses.
- Strong CXO-level and key account management skills.
- Experience managing large, multi-location, cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Education
- Essential: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry or a related technical discipline.
- Preferred: M.Pharm / M.Sc. or an MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing, Business Management or Strategy.
