**Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced Analog Layout Engineer capable of independently owning analog and mixed-signal layout blocks from floorplanning through sign-off. The ideal candidate should demonstrate robust technical expertise in analog layout implementation, automation, scripting, and team collaboration while providing layout guidance to junior engineers. **Key Responsibilities** + Own complete analog/mixed-signal layout blocks from specification review through tape out readiness. + Perform architecture-driven floorplanning and layout execution from scratch. + Drive layout quality through robust DRC, LVS, ERC, and extraction closure. + Optimize layouts for matching, performance, area, reliability, and manufacturability. + Develop and enhance layout automation solutions using scripting and custom utilities. + Create reusable methodologies to improve layout productivity and quality. + Lead design reviews and collaborate with circuit designers across multiple projects. + Mentor junior layout engineers and support technical growth within the team.
