Varaha is looking for experienced and dynamic Territory Managers to drive the implementation of regenerative agriculture practices under its Regen Project across Uttar Pradesh.

- Sitapur
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead district coordinators and field executives to achieve farmer enrollment targets.
- Drive farmer onboarding and adoption of regenerative agriculture practices, including DSR, AWD, residue management, and crop diversification.
- Build relationships with farmers, FPOs, agricultural stakeholders, and local partners.
- Manage digital data collection, field monitoring, and documentation for carbon credit verification.
- Conduct farmer training sessions, field demonstrations, and capacity-building programs.
- Coordinate with agricultural authorities and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant field experience in agribusiness, AgriTech, seed/fertilizer distribution, or agricultural sustainability projects.
- Strong farmer engagement, team management, and field operations skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and working knowledge of English; Awadhi or Bhojpuri is an added advantage.
- Experience with digital field data collection applications is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively, with 80%+ field engagement.
Preferred Candidate Background: FarMart or similar agribusiness, AgriTech, and agricultural field operations companies.
