About The Role
We are looking for a driven and analytical Assistant Manager – Debt Syndication to join our growing investment banking and debt advisory team. The candidate will support the execution of debt syndication and structured finance transactions, coordinate with banks and financial institutions, conduct credit analysis, and assist in driving financing mandates from initial lender outreach to sanction and disbursement. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to corporate financing, structured debt, and institutional lending relationships.

Key Responsibilities
? Debt Syndication & Transaction Execution
• Support end-to-end execution of debt financing transactions across corporate, SME, and promoter-led businesses.
• Coordinate with clients and lenders for financing proposals, credit approvals, sanctions, and disbursements.
• Track transaction milestones, timelines, and outstanding requirements.
• Assist in working capital finance, term loans, refinancing, structured debt, and project finance transactions. ? Lender Coordination & Relationship Management
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, HFCs, private credit funds, AIFs, and other lending institutions.
• Manage lender outreach, follow-ups, information requests, and preliminary financing discussions.
• Maintain lender databases and track lender appetite, pricing, and financing requirements. ? Financial Analysis & Credit Assessment
• Analyze financial statements, cash flows, leverage, EBITDA, DSCR, and interest coverage ratios.
• Assist in debt sizing, repayment analysis, financial modelling, and funding structure evaluation.




• Assess client funding requirements and support the identification of suitable financing options. ? Documentation & Stakeholder Management
• Prepare information memorandums, teasers, lender presentations, credit notes, and financing proposals.
• Coordinate due diligence, document collection, and lender queries.
• Work with clients, legal advisors, credit teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution. Candidate Profile
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in debt syndication, corporate banking, credit underwriting, structured finance, or financial advisory.
• Robust understanding of corporate financial statements and credit assessment.
• Exposure to term loans, working capital facilities, structured debt, or refinancing.
• Good financial modelling, Excel, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under tight deadlines. Educational

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline. MBA/PGDM Finance, CA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications will be an advantage.
