About the Role
Bafar Labs is looking for a LinkedIn Strategist to build the LinkedIn presence of our company and its founders. You will turn the AI products we build and the problems we solve for clients into content that earns attention, trust and inbound interest from business leaders. You will own LinkedIn for our three founders and two company pages, from strategy and writing to publishing and reporting. What You Will Do
• Build and run the LinkedIn strategy for 3 founder profiles and 2 company pages
• Work closely with the founders to capture their ideas, client stories and industry views
• Write and ghostwrite posts and carousels in each founder's voice
• Plan the content calendar and publish consistently
• Keep the company pages updated: banner, About section and featured posts
• Manage comments and engagement, and encourage the team to share our content
• Track reach, engagement,



follower growth and inbound leads, and report monthly What We Are Looking For
• 2+ years managing LinkedIn for a brand, founder or agency (B2B or tech preferred)
• Profiles or pages you have grown, with numbers to show
• Excellent written English and the ability to explain technical topics simply
• Comfortable creating carousels in Canva or similar tools
• Immediate joiners preferred
