Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for a Freight Forwarding – Documentation and Operations professional, open to candidates with relevant freight forwarding experience. The role involves preparing and reviewing export and forwarding documentation, coordinating freight movements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Responsibilities include liaising with carriers, customers, and internal teams, managing shipment bookings, tracking cargo, and resolving operational issues. The position also requires maintaining accurate records, updating systems, handling customer queries, and supporting smooth end-to-end freight transportation processes. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong Freight Forwarding and Forwarding skills, with hands-on experience in international logistics operations.
• Candidates should possess Export documentation and process management skills, including familiarity with shipping documents and regulatory compliance.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills focused on handling client communications, issue resolution, and service quality.
• Candidates should possess Freight Transportation coordination skills, including carrier interaction, scheduling, and cargo tracking.
• Relevant experience in freight forwarding, preferably in Mumbai-based operations, with knowledge of major trade routes and industry practices.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple shipments simultaneously, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency (MS Office, logistics software), and collaborative working style.
• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in a freight forwarding company is strongly preferred.
