About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior Hotel Reservations Executive to join our team in Panaji, Tiswadi, Goa. In this role, you will be responsible for handling reservations, providing exceptional service to guests, and ensuring a smooth booking process. Key Responsibilities
• Manage hotel reservations through various channels including phone, email, and online booking systems of all portfolio hotels.
• Respond to all leads within five minutes and convert the lead into a paid reservation.
• Provide accurate information regarding room rates, availability, and hotel services to prospective guests.
• Assist guests with modifications and cancellations of their reservations while adhering to hotel policies.
• Ensure that all reservations are entered accurately into the property management system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel promotions and packages to effectively communicate with guests. Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
• Minimum of 0-1 year of experience in a customer service or reservations role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Basic understanding of hotel booking systems and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with property management systems or hotel reservation software.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management tools.
• Basic knowledge of local attractions and events in Goa. Technical Skills Required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology quickly.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer interaction skills.
