About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to build engaging content that explains our loan and fintech offerings in easy language. You will create content across social media, our website, and email, with a focus on building trust, educating customers, and driving app downloads and loan applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X, including posts, carousels, reels, and short videos .
• Write website copy, blogs, SEO articles, and email/WhatsApp campaign content
• Turn complex financial topics (instant loans, EMIs, credit scores, repayment) into clear, relatable content
• Create scripts and storyboards for short-form videos and explainers
• Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches
• Work with design and performance marketing teams to produce creatives and ad copy
• Track content performance (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and improve based on insights




• Keep all content consistent with brand voice and compliant with RBI guidelines and advertising norms
• Keep up with social media trends, hashtags, and competitor content Required

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media content
• Excellent written English and Hindi
• Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools; basic Photoshop or Premiere Pro is a plus
• Understanding of social media algorithms, SEO basics, and content analytics
• Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
