About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, operations-driven Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to oversee daily logistics operations, vehicle movement, route planning, field team management, and warehouse coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in last-mile logistics, blue-collar workforce management, and Pune route planning, along with basic warehouse operations knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily supply chain and logistics operations, including vehicle pickups, deliveries, and transportation.
• Plan and optimize pickup and delivery routes across Pune and PCMC.
• Supervise blue-collar employees, including riders, Logistics Executives, and field teams.
• Allocate daily tasks, monitor attendance, and track team productivity.
• Ensure timely vehicle movement and efficient logistics operations.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Oversee basic warehouse operations, vehicle inventory, and documentation.
• Monitor operational performance, turnaround time (TAT), and daily reports.




• Resolve ground-level logistics and operational challenges. Requirements
• 3–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, last-mile delivery, or field operations.
• Excellent geographical knowledge of Pune, PCMC, and surrounding areas is mandatory.
• Strong experience in route mapping, route planning, and optimization is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience managing blue-collar workforce and field logistics teams is mandatory.
• Experience in vehicle movement, pickup and delivery operations, and workforce coordination.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Automobile, logistics, mobility, or e-commerce experience preferred.

Important Note This is a hands-on, operations-heavy role with approximately 70% focus on supply chain and logistics and 30% on warehouse operations. This is not a desk-based or senior strategic management position. Candidates must be comfortable handling daily field operations, workforce coordination, and ground-level challenges.
