Role Description The ideal Founding Partner & Investor will help us take Jiva to market effectively while making critical contributions to pre-seed capital, business planning, pricing,



marketing and distribution efforts with a long term view of the business. Ideal Attributes
• Tech veteran with 10+ years of experience in marketing and distributing "hi-tech" at a software company.
• Background in early stage business planning, pricing, marketing and distribution, with the ability to shape vision, execute plans and manage operations.
• Financial acumen and readiness to contribute as an investor, including familiarity with fundraising, equity structures.
• Passion for reading, learning, and human-centered technology, and a commitment to building inclusive, user-focused products.
