We're looking for a creative, motivated, and social media-savvy individual who wants to gain hands-on startup experience and help us build Pharen's online presence from the ground up. Your Responsibilities
• Develop and execute creative social media strategies for Pharen.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Design posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
• Research social media trends, competitors, and content ideas.
• Plan and manage a weekly content calendar.
• Help establish Pharen's brand identity, voice, and online community.
• Track engagement, reach, and performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate directly with the founder on marketing campaigns and creative ideas. Who We're Looking For
• Someone creative, proactive, and passionate about social media and marketing.
• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and current digital trends.
• Basic experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
• Solid communication and storytelling skills.




• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• A willingness to experiment, learn, and grow in a fast-moving startup environment. Previous internship experience is not required. Creativity, commitment, and initiative matter more to us.
