Role Description The Architectural Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will support architects in preparing technical and architectural drawings, developing design concepts, and coordinating documentation for ongoing projects. Daily tasks include assisting with layout plans, revising drawings based on feedback, preparing design presentations, and ensuring that all drawings comply with relevant standards and regulations. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to communicate design intent and support project execution.
The Architectural Assistant will also maintain organized project files and contribute to design reviews and meetings. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Drawings to support design development and documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Technical Drawing to create accurate plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Candidates should possess skills in Communication and Presentations to convey design concepts clearly to project teams and clients.
• Proficiency with CAD and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow design guidelines, and readiness to work in a rapid-paced project environment are advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage time across multiple projects is beneficial.
