Role Description The Data Specialist (Back Office) role is a full-time, in office position based in Rajkot. The role involves collecting, organizing, and maintaining financial and customer data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates. The Data Specialist will perform routine data validation, identify and correct data discrepancies, and support data preparation for reports and compliance documentation. Responsibilities include assisting with basic data analysis for management dashboards, preparing summaries for internal stakeholders, and supporting process improvements in data workflows.



The role is suitable for both freshers and experienced professionals who are detail-oriented, comfortable working with structured data, and able to collaborate with operations, finance, and compliance teams. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a basic understanding of Data Analytics to support decision-making and reporting.
• Candidates should possess skills in Data Management and Data Analysis to handle data entry, validation, and extraction of insights.
• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Data Modeling or an aptitude to learn data structuring for reports and dashboards.
