As we expand our creative production capabilities, we are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Video Editors who are eager to work on diverse projects, improve their craft, and grow with a technology-driven creative team. Role SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Video Editor who can transform raw footage into polished, engaging, and professionally delivered videos. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, editing techniques, pacing, music synchronization, and client requirements. You will collaborate with project managers, customer success team members, and other creative professionals to deliver high-quality content within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit wedding films, cinematic highlights, traditional wedding videos, corporate videos, social media reels, promotional videos, and other assigned projects.
• Organize and review footage before starting the editing process.
• Create engaging sequences with effective storytelling, pacing, transitions, and music synchronization.
• Perform basic colour correction, audio balancing, and visual refinement.
• Follow client briefs, reference videos, brand guidelines, and project instructions.
• Incorporate client feedback and complete revisions accurately.
• Coordinate with project managers and the customer success team to clarify requirements.
• Maintain consistent quality and meet project deadlines.
• Organize project files, media assets, timelines, and exports systematically.
• Follow established editing workflows, file-naming conventions,



and data management practices.
• Use AI-assisted tools and workflow improvements where appropriate to improve productivity without compromising creative quality. Daily Responsibilities
• Review assigned projects and priorities.
• Edit videos according to project specifications.
• Coordinate with the team to resolve creative or technical queries.
• Review exports for quality, audio, visual consistency, and technical errors.
• Update project status and maintain organized files. Required Skills
• Good understanding of video editing, visual storytelling, and composition.
• Ability to synchronize footage with music and create engaging sequences.
• Understanding of transitions, pacing, continuity, and basic colour correction.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to understand instructions and work with feedback.
• Time management, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Software KnowledgeRequired: Proficiency in at least one professional editing application, preferably DaVinci Resolve Studio or Adobe Premiere Pro. Preferred: Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, audio editing, and professional media management workflows. AI & Technology Readiness
• Willingness to learn AI-assisted editing and post-production workflows.
• Interest in automation, productivity tools, and emerging creative technologies.
• Ability to adapt to evolving workflows and follow documented processes. Education & Experience
• A degree, diploma, or certification in video editing, multimedia, film production,



or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with strong practical skills and a compelling portfolio may apply.
• Professional experience in wedding film editing, cinematic highlights, corporate videos, or social media content is an advantage. Portfolio: Candidates should share relevant editing samples or a showreel demonstrating their skills. Performance Expectations
