Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer II (SDE II) to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for our mobility platform. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience building reliable backend systems, and the ability to take ownership of features from development through deployment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and reliable software applications.
• Build and optimize backend services, REST APIs, and database integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following software engineering best practices.
• Design and implement robust system architectures to support business and product requirements.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and production issues.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and engineering standards.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Contribute to technical discussions, system design decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned features and ensure timely delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.




• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or similar.
• Experience developing backend services, REST APIs, and distributed applications.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software design principles.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of system design, scalability, performance optimization, and application security.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and production issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product development environment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, caching, and message queues.
• Experience building high-availability applications or handling high-volume transactions.
