About BharatSureBharatSure is building India's insurance access infrastructure through technology, servicing, and product solutions. We enable brokers, agents, banks, fintech institutions, and organizations to distribute group insurance and healthcare benefits seamlessly. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Operations Associate to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will work closely with insurers, client HR teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of requests, timely closure of endorsements, and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Insurer Coordination: Follow up with insurance partners to ensure requests are processed smoothly and updates are received on time.
• Endorsement Management: Manage the end-to-end endorsement process, including documentation, coordination, follow-ups, and closure confirmation.
• Client Coordination: Connect with client HR teams to collect required information, obtain approvals, and resolve queries or discrepancies.




• Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and timely service delivery.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate client databases, update records regularly, and ensure information is properly documented. Requirements
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Robust coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• An adaptable, collaborative, and goal-oriented approach.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests effectively.
