Visiontek also offers annual maintenance and operation and maintenance (O&M;) services, focusing on engineering excellence, quality, and customer satisfaction. Purpose of the RoleTo manage HVAC projects from planning to execution and final handover, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, cost control, safety compliance, and effective coordination with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning and Execution: Plan project schedules, coordinate activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely project completion.
• Site Management: Supervise HVAC project installation and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Manpower Management: Plan workforce requirements, allocate resources, and monitor team productivity.
• Contractor Management: Coordinate contractors and subcontractors, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Vendor and Procurement Coordination: Follow up with Purchase team for material availability, equipment deliveries,



and vendor expediting activities.
• Logistics and Material Management: Coordinate material transportation, site deliveries, storage, and availability to prevent execution delays.
• Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, material consumption, and manpower costs while minimizing wastage and cost overruns.
• Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, applicable codes, quality standards, and site safety requirements.
• Client and Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve queries and maintain smooth project execution.
• Testing, Commissioning and Handover: Oversee system testing, commissioning, defect rectification, project documentation, and final handover. Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HVAC project management and execution.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and applicable technical standards.
• Experience in project planning, site execution, manpower management, and contractor coordination.
• Practical experience in vendor management, procurement expediting, and logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of quality inspections, testing, commissioning, and safety compliance.
• Robust leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and project management tools.
