Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop discrete event simulation models using AnyLogic, FlexSim, and Plant Simulation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Contract Manufacturing, to understand business requirements, system constraints, and process flows.
• Collect, clean, and analyse data to establish accurate model inputs and assumptions.
• Validate and verify simulation models against real-world systems and operational data.
• Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and optimisation studies to improve productivity, capacity planning,



and operational efficiency.
• Present simulation outcomes and actionable recommendations through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Document model logic, assumptions, and methodologies to ensure transparency and future usability. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Discrete Event Simulation and Modelling.
• Proficiency in at least one simulation tool: AnyLogic, Plant Simulation, or FlexSim.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel.
