Role Description The Electrician role at SARIKA ENTERPRISES is a full time, on-site position based in Pune. The Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment for residential, commercial, or industrial clients, following relevant codes and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting electrical drawings, wiring and cabling, inspecting systems, diagnosing faults, and performing troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently. The role also involves conducting routine maintenance, testing electrical components and circuits, and documenting work performed. The Electrician will collaborate with supervisors, colleagues,



and clients to plan work, ensure timely completion of projects, and uphold quality and safety standards. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong practical skills in Electricity and Electrical Work, including knowledge of wiring, circuits, and electrical components.
• Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance & Repair, with experience performing routine inspections and corrective actions on electrical systems.
• Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing electrical faults, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Electrical Engineering principles relevant to installations, load calculations, and system safety.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in electrical trade or electrical engineering is preferred.
• Working knowledge of local electrical codes, safety regulations, and the use of standard electrical tools and testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications, and to complete documentation accurately.
• Strong attention to safety, reliability, and detail, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team on-site.
