Pune (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Immediate joiner only Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Developer with 6–9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Service Cloud customization, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce automation.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce components as required.
• Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as Cases, Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules, Email-to-Case, and Omni-Channel.
• Build automation using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
• Work with SOQL, SOSL, custom objects, validation rules, and security models.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and resolve defects.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support.




• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions. Required Skills
• 6–9 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Email-to-Case.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, governor limits, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, Salesforce deployment tools, and CI/CD practices.
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or similar deployment tools.
• Knowledge of Experience Cloud or other Salesforce clouds.
