Location:
Trivandrum, Kerala Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience:
1–3 Years

Salary:
Up to Rs. 25,000 per month (in-hand)

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Handle sales recruitment and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure timely hiring closures.

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in HR/Recruitment.
• Prior sales hiring experience is mandatory.
• BFSI sector experience preferred.
• Positive communication and coordination skills.
