Role Description This full-time, on-site role of Assistant Manager Human Resources / Senior Executive Human Resources is based at HCG Hospitals in Visakhapatnam. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes in alignment with organizational policies. The qualified will support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and learning and development activities. Daily responsibilities include handling HR documentation, maintaining HRIS records, assisting with payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and hospital standards. The role also requires close collaboration with department heads to address workforce requirements, resolve employee concerns, and promote a positive, inclusive work culture. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in hospital or healthcare sector HR will be an advantage.
