We're looking for a visionary Vice President of Technology to lead our technical strategy and delivery excellence as we scale our Finance & Supply Chain transformation practice and expand into Data, Analytics, AI, and Application Development. If you're passionate about building high-performing technology teams, architecting enterprise-grade solutions on the Microsoft ecosystem, and delivering both project-based and managed services at scale — this role is for you. Responsibilities
• Own the technology vision, roadmap, and practice strategy across Finance & Supply Chain, Data, Analytics, AI, and App Dev
• Build and scale a high performing organization of solution architects, consultants, engineers, and delivery leaders
• Define solution architecture standards, delivery methodologies, and quality frameworks for project and managed services engagements
• Serve as senior technical advisor in enterprise pursuits shaping solutions, estimates, and statements of work alongside Sales
• Oversee delivery of complex, multi-workstream transformation programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes and client satisfaction
• Establish and scale managed services operations, including SLAs, support models, tooling, and continuous improvement
• Develop repeatable accelerators, reusable IP, and AI-enabled offerings that differentiate AZIST in the market
• Strengthen technical alignment with Microsoft, ISVs, and strategic partners, including certifications, specializations, and partner designations
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices across client solutions and internal platforms
• Drive AI and Copilot driven initiatives across the portfolio, leveraging Claude, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio
• Collaborate with Sales, Product,



and Marketing to shape offerings, thought leadership, and go to market positioning
• Mentor technology leaders and champion engineering excellence, Agile delivery, and a culture of continuous learning Qualifications
• 15+ years in enterprise technology services, including 5+ years in senior technology or delivery leadership, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Proven success building and scaling technical practices in ERP, cloud, or digital transformation
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, plus Azure, Data, Analytics, AI, and App Dev
• Experience delivering both project-based and managed services engagements at enterprise scale
• Strong solution architecture background with a track record of leading complex, multi-workstream programs
• Working knowledge of up-to-date data and AI platforms: Claude, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform
• Solid understanding of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Agile/Scrum delivery at scale
• Executive presence and the ability to build trusted relationships with client CIOs, CFOs, and COOs
• Demonstrated ability to hire, lead, and develop high performing technical teams
