Key Responsibilities
Counseling & Lead Engagement
• Conduct cold calls to prospective students and parents to introduce Vedantu's JEE/NEET programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, understanding each student's goals, challenges and learning needs.
• Provide accurate, transparent information on courses, fees and academic offerings.
• Guide students and parents in making informed academic and career decisions. Sales & Conversion
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead engagement and counseling to follow-up and enrollment.
• Follow up consistently with prospective leads to maximize admissions.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM.
• Prepare and share daily and weekly performance reports with the Team Leader. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Solid knowledge of the JEE/NEET curriculum, exam patterns and student requirements.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and a regional language.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven ability to convert leads.
• Proven experience in end-to-end sales; prior experience in the education industry is preferred.
• Ability to perform and stay organized in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good organizational, follow-up and reporting skills.
