Role Description This is a full time, on-site HR Executive role based in Hyderabad, requiring prior experience with the Keka HR platform and immediate joining. The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, attendance and payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate records within Keka. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and assisting in new hire orientation. The role also involves handling employee queries,



supporting performance management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to HR initiatives that promote a positive work environment. Qualifications
• Strong HR operations skills, including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, documentation, and HRIS administration (preferably with Keka experience).
• Experience in recruitment support such as screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Knowledge of attendance, payroll inputs, and basic statutory compliance relevant to HR functions.
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in HR records.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and join immediately.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in an educational or consultancy environment is beneficial.
