• Tracks and manages recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer dropout ratios for lateral leadership roles.
• Identifies and implements the most effective strategies for attracting senior and leadership talent.
• Drafts targeted recruitment advertisements and ensures postings are placed on the most relevant platforms for leadership hiring.
• Sources appropriate leadership candidates and evaluates their qualifications through resume reviews, structured interviews, and skilled interactions.
• Connects high-potential leadership candidates with hiring managers and ensures a smooth interview process.
• Maintains proactive engagement with candidates, keeping them informed about their application status and enhancing the candidate experience.
• Provides strategic guidance to hiring managers on compensation benchmarking and salary negotiations for leadership hires.




• Builds and maintains strong networks within sales, IT, and non-IT leadership communities and the broader industry marketplace.
• Represents the organization at industry events, leadership forums, and job fairs to strengthen the employer brand and attract senior talent.
