Your ideas won’t sit in a folder. They can shape what we do next. What You’ll Do
• Help Run Events That Students Remember : Support event planning, registrations, speaker coordination and logistics, on the ground and online. Keep trackers, follow-ups and post-event reports sharp.
• Be Our Eyes on the Market : Track what competitors are doing: events, campaigns, student engagement and industry trends. Turn what you find into short, punchy recommendations the team can act on.
• Decode How Great Communities Work : Research successful student and school communities, from engagement models and programmes to ambassador networks. Spot the schools, groups and practices that can help us build our school community from scratch.
• Follow the Funnel : Track leads, registrations, attendance and engagement,



and how prospective students move through admissions. Maintain dashboards, find the gaps and help measure what events do for applications and conversions.
• Stay in the Loop : Keep up with what’s happening across admissions, marketing and programmes. Build and maintain a research repository the whole team will actually use. What You’ll Walk Away With
